Me and my brother stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Dave’s double meal and a 6 piece regular nugget. They forgot to give me the nuggets and my food was waiting on the counter and the lady told me it was ready, I said no it’s not I’m waiting on the nuggets. So she went over and grabbed me a 4 piece and I said “oh I asked for 6” but she rang up only 4… I sit down with my brother and he got a baked potato that wasn’t good, and he had ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain and she rang up a big bacon cheddar cheeseburger… he didn’t order that because he won’t eat onions and it comes with onions. I tried it, it was awful. Dry as hell and the fried onions were soggy. I ate my nuggets last only to find out she gave me spicy nuggets. Wtf… also we didn’t get receipts as she walked away the second we finished ordering. She was nice but I felt like everything that went wrong could have.
I almost feel bad about the rating because the staff we dealt with were lovey, and that’s important to note, but that being said the food experience was really abysmal. We got our food fast, suspiciously fast and drove off on the highway to find out that the Pretzel pub burger we had ordered and been charged for had been replaced with a normal burger with a slice of gross cheese that had clearly been sitting on the warmer for 6 hours too many. Given there was no one around and this wasn’t a high pressure situation I have no idea how this mistake happened. The rest of the order was correct but everything, chicken and fries were incredibly stale and insipid and again the suspicion is they had been out on the counter for several hours. This is the kind of food you absolutely regret eating or throw out.
Waited in the drive thru like for literally 35 minutes with probably 20 other cars. One by one everyone kept leaving I said oh I’ll just wait since I’ve waited this long. Got to the order window, no one’s talks for 10 more minutes. Go to the window and see this lady literally just texting away at the counter. I beeped my horn to try and her her attention, she ignored me and stayed on her phone. The poor 20 people behind me Continued to wait. Disgusting . Corporate needs to pay this Wendy’s a visit
Always delicious. We stopped by at 8pm and headed to the dining room where we met two new member of the Wendy's team. They had both been working there for only 4 weeks. They were nice young people who cared about us! Even though the dining room was empty, they didn't spend the time staring at their phones! Ha!Food: 5/5
Went there for a quick lunch. My boyfriend and I ordered a pretzel bacon pub. We had no idea based on the menu screen that there was a choice of cheeseburger or chicken. They’re labeled the same way, unless you read the tiny print. The cashier asked if we wanted grilled, spicy, or crispy/classic. We both said classic. We also ordered fries for both as a meal, and 10 piece nugget separately. When we unwrapped the sandwiches, we were given two grilled, even with the cashier asking us TWICE which kind we wanted. We ate it anyways but it was not good. The bun only looked like a pretzel. Had no taste of one like we remember when they used to have it. They had got rid of it, but “It’s back” so we didn’t finish that, we finished out nuggets and fries. My fries were mostly salt, hint of potato, and his were cold. I’m not usually one to complain and I never write reviews, but it was the first time I’ve ever been let down by a Wendy’s.
Normally They're fine. Crew tonight seemed to be really confused. Maybe they were new? Ordered our food from the app. Came in and stood at the online pickup area for 20 minutes waiting for service. Finally asked about my order. They handed me a bunch of bags. I asked if this was everything. The guy behind the counter turned the computer they use to fill orders towards me and if he expected me to check whether it was accurate...by the time the food got to me it was cold.
This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Every single table in the place was dirty. Lots of dust and I don’t even know what all around the tables and on the floor. Floor looks like it never gets washed. Every single part of the soda machine was sticky. No matter what part of that machine you touched it was sticky all over. The floor around it which was probably about like 10 feet around the entire machine was all sticky. The machine itself was obviously broken and leaking water all the way over to the tables. The floor behind the counter was also nasty with food and grease everywhere. We had to point out all the water from the soda machine to them so no one would fall. Not to mention the drinks didn’t even taste right. There was no way the kid behind that counter couldn’t see that, whom was just standing there doing nothing. I didn’t even get what I ordered. We also ordered a bacconater that only had a few crumbles of bacon on it. What’s that point of its name if there is hardly any bacon on it. I can’t even imagine what the rest of the kitchen looks like. After all that we just threw our food out and left. Didn’t even want to eat from there, out of disgust. Had I known I could have left photos in this review I would have taken photos. Maybe the owner should do a surprise visit just to see how this place is being ran
Food was fine, made to order, but seriously, why were there no napkins in the bag? I ordered three burgers - one of which was a Baconator - and two medium fries, and they gave us *zero* napkins. That's the only reason I took away a star.
This place never has any baked potatoes. You have them on your menu, yet you never have them available. Who's managing this place? are times this hard where Wendy's can't afford potatoes? is there a famine I don't know about? FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE CARRY BAKED POTATOES!
They stayed open during dinner hour with 3 people working who were doing their best to keep up drive up only with doors open and who got in were told to use drive up. I got in and waited for order, soda machine had 3 choices, fries ok and burgers stone cold and rolls were totally stale. Not three workers fault they should be commended. Management must suck at that Wendy's, in Auburn Massachusetts, worst Wendy's experience ever since Wendy's beginning !!!
