Do you ever have a busy day, and then someone does a “small” thing that makes your day easier? Well, Shombay, Curtis, and Bobby did that for me today. They are exceptional people that work here! Bobby took my order and was very kind and personable. I was picking up food for an event and ordered several drinks. I asked for a drink carrier, and unfortunately, they didn’t have any. BUT, Curtis said, “Wait, we don’t have any, but we can make you one.” I was like, wait really? And then Shombay pulled out a box and swiftly turned it into a drink carrier for me, and a box for the sandwiches. I was so grateful! Their thoughtfulness made all the difference, made my day easier, and kept me from spilling soda in my car. Give them a raise! :

I'm disappointed in the sub I ordered. I got a vegetarian sub with ham on it bc I wanted the avocado and cucumber but they barely put any avocado on it. And the bread is crusty meaning its like hard. I did take two bites out of the sub before taking a picture and I was going to go back up there to get a new one made but I had 10 minutes until they closed so I didn't think I'd get there on time.

One of the lesser quality Jimmy John's in town. Got their balsamic pesto sandwich and it's absolutely drowning in balsamic. Kinda ruined it

I ordered Spicy Italian and Tuna Subs meal. My husband loved his Spicy Italian but my Tuna is so light. I can't even taste the Tuna. All I can taste are the veggies that comes with it.

Ghetto and staffed by actual children no, seriously. Employees have called my phone 8 times privately harassing me and once from a text now number. Safety concern that they have my address and phone number. I reported to the police and DoorDash. I submitted a feedback form to Jimmy John’s. Let’s see if I hear anything back.

They were crazy busy but the wait wasn't bad, service was great. Stayed busy the entire time we were eating.Food: 5/5

Good food, and clean environment. If you're hungry and you crave a good tasting sandwich then Jimmy John's is the place to go. The place wasn't busy at the time, but I have had their food twice and can say that I recommend this business based on the speed of order completion, ease of ordering, and the cleanliness of the environment. I gave a 4 star because twice they forgot the Jimmy Peppers I ordered on the sandwich but overall good sandwich for the price.

Love getting jj's downtown when I'm at work. Consistently good service, good food, and fast.

I go here regularly and today I went in and asked for a little iceberg on a slim for my 7 year old and they said no. To iceberg. On a slim. For a kid. I know times are tough but it was never a problem in the he past but apparently Jimmy John's just doesnt feel like it. Offered to pay and still no iceberg on a sandwich at a sandwich shop. Weird is all.
