Goodfella’s Bagels

Decided to try something new... been craving bagels but I usually don't eat them. If I'm going to have them, better be the best darn bagel in the area! Chatted up some nice people who are originally from New York as I was in line. They gave it their approval so... that speaks highly. I got a bada bing on a parmesan bagel and a godfather on everything. Hubby gets half of each, obviously Loves the downtown Lansing city view, no dine in at the moment so you wait at a window and get to see our town! I've never had a bad sandwich or experience with Adrian and his staff!!! My birthday breakfast was spent here, outside, on a beautiful day. Goodfellas The Don is the best bagel sandwich I've ever had. The herb cream cheese , selection of meats, and I switch up between the waffle and cinnamon raisin bagel for a good yummy treat. Normally I get the Natalie's notice but today I did OJ. Just had another Don on Cinnamon Raisin and it was delicious!!!

Having to wait at the window was fine when it wasn't 22° outside. Ordered ahead and had to wait 20 minutes on top of the estimated pick up time from the website. I like the bagels but would like to see the inside area reopen so people don't have to freeze.Food: 5/5

Best bagel sandwich I’ve ever had!! It was cooked and prepared perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal in Lansing!!! I wish there was one closer to me, but I plan to eat there every time I’m near Lansing.

Terrible quality bagels - not enough gluten, not soft and chewy in the middle. Definitely not a NY style bagel.

I placed my order when there were no other customers. I have been waiting over 30 minutes. A bacon egg and cheese bagel and a second with only cream cheese. I will not be coming back. Over 30 minutes! I was just trying to grab a quick breakfast before work.Service: 1/5

The item itself was good HOWEVER! I placed the order at 12:50 on a Sunday late morning. I then had to call the store location because they had moved locations and never updated their website so it sends you to the wrong location. After talking to the woman on the phone and learning the new location we were assured our food would be ready when we got there. We arrive to the new location and then proceed to wait an additional 15 mins for our order upon arriving. We are patient. We are then told that one sandwich we ordered can’t be completed and so we had to pick a new item. We chose our new item and the order still took an ADDITIONAL 30 mins to complete!!!! Meanwhile the worker man in the back is complaining the whole time about his job and how busy they are. We have been customers of this business regularly and are extremely disappointed after todays experience. Not sure we will be going back to one of our favorite bagel places.

I finally found a place that does bagels right and really have some solid skills on how to assemble top grade ingredients into a piece of culinary art! The sandwiches are nothing short of perfection! So glad to have found them. A nice bit of pleasure during a dreary time.

I have their sandwiches 2-3 times week and they NEVER disappointed. I highly recommend Goodfellas. If you’ve never had one, treat yourself. You will not be disappointed.Food: 5/5

Mhmm.. I have been getting bagels from here since their start location and have always been pleased. But since moving to the City Market Location mejier I have seen a big difference in taste. I have gone 3 bagels at that location and my food is not the same. The bagels are hard and the bagel is just cold.. I feel like the newer people making my food lack. And it just doesn’t smell like a bagel shop. And their prices are ridiculously high compare to another downtown bagel shop.
