Charlie Huynh made the entire process super straight forward, without any of the sales fluff that you might expect coming to buy a new car at a dealership. He went above and beyond to make sure we could find the car we wanted, as well as making sure we had the best deal possible at the end of the day.

It was great dealing with North shore Toyota staff, especially Alireza was very helpful he advised us for the purchase. with the whole process, very on time, patient and very respectful and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I am recommending Alireza if you are buying a car from North shore Toyota.

My purchasing experience was very enjoyable and I didn't feel pressured, but was presented with the facts to make a good decision.
