Ask for Aleks - a service advisor at Langley MB , Nancy recommended i come to this shop and this gentleman and i could not have asked for anything better -friendly-proffessional-very knowledgeable,patient,and answered all of my questions and got me in and on my way in a super fast efficient manner. I was quite happy with the service and the level of communication I received from day one when my car got to MB body shop to the end when I picked up my car. I am happy with my choice of body shop and will recommend them to other people specially the ones with MB vehicles. Aleks and his team were so friendly and they were keep updating me with the progress, that means a lot to me. I had a last minutes conversation with Aleks regarding how to return the rental car, his suggestion made the process super easy for me and was a huge relief with my situation. This is my go-to repair shop. Excellent service and super friendly staff. I brought in my C300 for damage repair a couple of times and both times they did an amazing job! Aleks and his team are very professional and go above and beyond to help! The lovely lady at the front desk, I think her name is Jean, is also super friendly and sweet!Services: Auto glass repair
I brought my B200 for body work after it had been hit while it was parked. Aleks and the team were very professional in every aspect. They updated me while the car was being worked on and also helped with the loaner vehicle. The work done was great, impossible to know that the car had ever had any damage. Having neen rear-ended while stationary at a stop sign, I sent my vehicle to this body shop. Although ICBC finally decided not to have the car repaired but to write it off , I was extremely impressed by their quality of customer service from their receptionist, all the way up to the top. In particular, from Mr. Aleks Lakovic, Production Manager, who turned out to be not only most knowledgeable, but also very friendly, sympathetic and kind. I must say that he went far beyond the normal call of duty to make the process as easy and smooth for me. Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver Body Shop did such a great job with my car. Aleks was so thorough and very helpful. He made the experience so seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend them.
If you own a MB vehicle, this should be your go-to repair shop! I had been sending my C300 there for about 5 separate repair jobs in the last 8 years. My sedan has a uncommon silver blue color, and every time the wonderful technicians there are not only properly repair my car but are able to match up the original color perfectly. That makes me a very happy MB customer every visit!
Went in for an ICBC repair that was completed to perfection. While there we noticed that there was a chip in the window so the staff worked with me on getting a windshield claim and replacing it during the same service. They alo went above and beyond by fixing another dent in the car. Great staff, customer service, and repair team. Would highly recommend if you own a benz.Services: Car waxing
My 2021 GLE 450 was in a T-bone accident. This bodyshop did an excellent job. The car looked brand new after the bodyshop repaired the driver side of the vehicle. The managers were friendly and very informative. They also kept their promises on the repair date. I would highly recommend this place if you need your Merc-Benz body work.Services: Painting
