Fully admitting that as far as car purchasers go, I was probably a nightmare to deal with for the poor team at Morrey Mazda. It was my very first vehicle purchase and I was pretty slow to pull the trigger. Not to mention, when I finally did I immediately tested positive for COVID and had to cancel my appointment and then it snowed so I postponed AGAIN. EJ was a delight to deal with right from answering my first cold call to the dealership through his follow ups with me post sale, the financing team were lovely to deal with and Mike in the Service Centre was also fantastic when I came to pick up the all weathers that I'd left behind. Not only am I thrilled that I purchased a Mazda but I'm equally thrilled that I bought it through Morrey Mazda. 10/10 would recommend.
Great service and always a pleasure to deal with. I’ve been driving Mazdas for over a decade and love how they feel and handle. I just got their new EV and very happy with it so far. They made the whole paperwork and government rebate process easy and painless.
Once again Morrey Mazda provided us with a great purchase experience for the new vehicle we really wanted. Outstanding personal service - friendly, helpful, honest and no surprises. Everything was done according to plan and price, with our special ordered vehicle actually arriving early and exactly as promised. We love the service here and highly recommend this dealership. It was an amazing experience with Morrey Mazda. Before choosing Morrey Mazda, I went to three other Mazda dealerships. But I choose them because of their professionalism, no-pressure attitude, competitive pricing, and expected trade-in value. Especially Thanks to Elisha for making the whole process less stressful and more relaxing. Lastly, Yusuke has been amazing from the beginning to the end. I hope, Morrey Mazda's service department will keep up with my expectations like Elisha and Yusuke for my business.
I went to this dealership for a standard oil change - the service was friendly but when I picked up the vehicle and drove it home after service I noticed that whatever product was used to clean my car stained and stripped the trim all around the vehicle. I then took the vehicle to another Mazda dealership shortly after this to get my brakes fixed and showed them the damages. They indicated that they would try their best to fix the mistake of Morrey Mazda and a detail specialist worked on the trim for quite some time but said it had been permanently damaged. I have been attempting to contact the manager/owner for quite some time but have not received any contact info following many inquiries. I take great pride in caring for my vehicle and keeping it in mint condition and I am greatly disappointed and upset about the damages done to my vehicle! As you can see from the images provided here, it looks like something wet was applied to the surface and not properly applied/wiped afterwards and now looks like drip stains!

Excellent service department! I didn't purchase my car here, but it is now my nearest dealer for service. From my first call to book an appointment and I called again to re-schedule, the woman was super friendly and personable. When I arrived with my car, I was greeted warmly, and was very pleased with the level of customer service. I was walking to another business in the area, and Kevin gave me clear directions. Lovely to return to a very thorough explanation of the service done, and a shiny clean car! Thank you!
We picked up our brand new Mazda CX 5 yesterday and want to share our appreciation to the dealership which made our experience feel like we are at our own home. Justin from Sales is an exceptional gentleman who found the perfect car for us on short notice. His care and diligent articulation to our needs is unmatched. Thank you Justin. Every other staff was pleasant and you see them in a positive energy always. Elisha at finance was amazing, very lovely and pleasant person to interact with, she was also caring to our needs and got us into a nice lease package which met our finances and requirements. Mr. Mike McCaffery at the service was incredible in listening to my concerns and attentive to the need for an urgent tire change. He somehow created a spot for my car to be serviced given the busy Christmas season the dealership must have been experiencing. It was a stressful time for all but somehow Mike made it easy and peaceful. I really appreciated his great attitude towards his clients. It was professionalism at its best! Good job Morrey Mazda.
Had a very positive experience buying a car at Morrey Mazda. My salesperson was Michael, and he was a pleasure to deal with. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything I did not want to, and he accurately described the expected wait time from ordering to delivery, and was very responsive via text messaging. Furthermore, I was surprised and impressed that Morrey Mazda does not have any "hidden fees" added to vehicle purchases that many other dealerships do e.g. the "documentation fee". The price you see on the website is basically the price you pay plus taxes and government levies of course. Thank you!
