I have been going to JPS for auto servicing for over a year. The team works very hard to give you GREAT service. They deserve my 5 star rating for several reasons. They work as a well coordinated team- Stephanie meets you when you enter, always cheerful and very efficient in organizing, setting appointments, billing and sending photo documentation of the work/repair. Peter's accomplishments in mechanics decorate the office with certificates. Peter not only tells me what needs to be done he takes the time to teach me and explain the details of whatever needs repaired and offers a generalized estimate of the job. I had an oil leak that was premature and called me to explain the problem and anticipate an increase in estimate cost which I approved before continuing. I have been ripped off many times before and I never feel deceived in any way. Clean shop with great service and knowledgeable mechanics . I took my 2007 VW Golf in for servicing and a check over and was so impressed with the detailed inspection report I was emailed after. JPS is, hands down, the BEST place where I've taken my Sprinter Van. The whole crew is very welcoming, warm, understanding. They will walk you through what service they've done on the van, take pictures along the way and send a detailed report to your phone. Such good care, really! Highly recommended!

Great service.  Had my car towed to their shop, and though they were booked solid Peter listened carefully to my description of the problem and  promised to investigate when they had time 2-7 days. To my amazement, they called the next afternoon and let me know that they found time to analyze the problem and replace the starter.  Stephanie, at the front desk, was friendly and helpful.
