We ordered room service for supper. And because we had someone with a gluten allergy, we ordered the gluten free pizza with our meals. They called back and said that said that there maybe some contamination risk. Awesome we really appreciated that, being honest and showing concern. Perfect, cannot thank them enough for that. Just as I was calling to order food somewhere else, they called the room back and said they could take extra care and could make us the pizza gluten free. Thanks so much!!

Every time I visit its a good experience, never have to fight to find parking Good food, good prices and a larger than you'd think selection of drinks! I visit once a month to meet a friend. They remember us, they're friendly and good company. I will continue to come here The renovations look great

The food is woeful, their appetizer platter was all deep fried and felt it has been re-cooked a few times. The service is fine, and the one selection okay, but don't eat there. Sorry, it was just not good at all.

I really like the decor since they renovated, I had 2 buds and put a few bucks in the VLt's, short of that and not experiencing the food yet I really liked the place. I found the service excellent.

We ordered room service. Our meals were ready in 15 mins. Food was delicious!! Totally better than we had expected. Huge servings and lots of flavor. Thanks for filling our bellies after a long day

Went into the bar for some drinks with a couple people and all of us are well above the legal drinking limit. The waitress comes up to us and asks for each or us to show ID, which is fine but since we were staying at the hotel, one of us forgot their ID in their room. So the husband headed back up to the room to grab her ID which took no more than 5 minutes. As we were waiting in the bar for the husband to grab the ID the waitress came back within a couple of minutes saying that the husband was taking an awful long time to get her ID, so the waitress kicked her out and made her sit just outside the door in the lounge. The lack of customer service she showed us was disrespectful and uncalled for. Needless to say we all left appalled with the treatment that we were given and will not be going back.

Drinks were heavily overpriced most double their usual price, the ceaser that i ordered ended up being $14, plus the celery stick was old and you could easily bend it. Not the greatest service, the waitress informed us that she "was just hounded by the aglc so we are being very strict", she then kicked out a lady cuz she didnt have id and her husband was taking too long to bring it down from their room. Not impressed by the service

Went to this place because we stayed at the port of call hotel during covid. And it was quiet and clean . Friendly staff. My kids loved their cheese pizza. Super cheesy ! Great pub food . My clubhouse was AMAZING. I added photos as well. Thanks for the service

The bar is a great place for meeting friends or playing the vlts I think they have 8 machines, always great tasting food the main bartender is an older gentleman I have to say he's got great service to his customers and and is always attentive and is friendly at jets lounge when go ! But the younger server was rude to me and my friend and it was the first time I didnt tip !

The food is really good but we have yet to have good service. We’ve been here twice this weekend and have had bad service both times. Very slow service and seems like we’re an unconvenience to them.
