The atmosphere is airy and bright, with a sleek look throughout. For the breakfast service, the whipped topping for the pancakes tastes homemade and has an amazing texture and rich flavor. The eggs were superb , and the pastries were light but sweet. As far as a breakfast in a hotel is concerned, I would be hard pressed to find anything needing improvement.

We were so thankful that they were open late on December 24th while staying in the connecting hotel. Our server that evening had a great attitude for working during the holidays and she made us laugh after a long, hard day of travelling. We also appreciated that the restaurant was open all day on Christmas when other hotel restaurants were closed. Great service Christmas Day as well!

Eat here during a stay at the hotel. Steak sandwich was served still mooing and awful. The staff charged me for a salad and a beer and were reasonable. Recommend ordering something else.

We frequently stay at the Best Western on 33rd Street and we find that we do not have to leave the hotel for meals. Everytime we have had room service, it has been so so good. Generous portions and very tasty food. Great selection!! I recommend that people who live here to try it out! Very very good!
