This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at! I don’t post reviews ever but if your going here I recommend it the fry’s are a whole new thing of flavor and the cheeseburger meat is the best stuff I’ve ever had the salsa taste amazing to! The waiters are really nice and make sure there at the service even if it’s busy I really recommend if your looking to have a night out, go on a date this is the place to go. Kid-friendliness: Nice to children, they give a nice smile Wheelchair accessibility: No set of stairs you can just go right in
The food took over an hour to come, it wasn’t even that good and our server came over once. then when it came time to pay she handed me my bill. she said that the payment didn’t go through so i gave her my card again, didn’t go through, so i gave her another card and when she came back she handed me the receipt and it said the price was higher than the first bill i got. i didn’t leave a tip because the service wasn’t good but when i woke up this morning my card was charged for a tip which i never put a tip. so basically i got charged for a tip i never put. don’t recommend going here!
Food is always good but prices “online” do not match what they charge you. We placed a to go order for 8 pc broasted chicken with sides.. online price shows $25 but they charged us $33 & said online prices aren’t correct.
Today we had lunch at Jersey's and it took an hour took about 30-40 minutes to receive the appetizer and another 30 minutes after that to receive the main course. I wish I could say this was due to a lunch rush but the restaurant was at maybe 25% capacity. My biggest disappointment was the lack of communication from staff on why it was taking so long it felt like our table was ignored until I locked eyes with the waitress and probably had a disconcerting look on my face. The reason for the delay was an apparent problem with the ability to cook our chicken fully. I appreciate not wanting to serve us under-cooked poultry, but when the meal finally came the meat was room temperature and didn't give us a overwhelming feeling of comfortably eating the food. The food tasted good I did eat it but with this review being so fresh this could be pending some unknown "after effects". My review bumps to a solid 4 if there would have been up front and honest communication from staff once they knew our meal would be delayed. If I was employed by a less flexible workplace I would have had to stand up and leave to ensure I got back from break on time without a meal. I've eaten here a few times before and must say this is apart from the usual so I would still encourage other patrons to try them out. Meal included - Pulled Pork Nachos appetizer 2 x Breaded Chicken Wrap late entree Children's cheeseburger slider meal.
Serving staff are amazing and always very attentive and knowledgeable 5 stars Food has always been hot/fresh, and comes out quickly, however, is average in taste/quality 3 stars
Room temperature was cold. Cheese on nachos was set/hard. Requested no jalapeños, they were on the nachos. Chicken tenders and onion rings were left in fryer a bit too long. Will be long time before we return.
I've been in a few times and don't have any complaints. I thought the service was very friendly and the food and atmosphere were good. The broasted chicken and BLT are both worth trying. On a hot day like today the BLT was incredible without being too heavy. Can't wait to try more of the menu!
I don’t want to type a long review, but basically all I can say, if I want to keep this short…time is not something we ALL have a lot of and that being said, there are times when we we meaning US need to appreciate and acknowledge that which has a purpose, not only to justify means to an end. But in the culinary industry time is a factor so to make a long story short, it all comes down to the answer in question? Do with that what you will, however I feel it needs to be mentioned, regardless if it “goes without saying”.
It was a quick stop for lunch and it's obvious the chef was talented. The soup was delicious though the waitress didn't know the name.
Waitress was either new or just didn't care to be there. Appetizers were way over cooked. No plates were brought for appetizers. Whole bowl of marinara for 4 cheese sticks and 2 tablespoons of ranch for the rest of the appetizers. "1/4lb" smokey burger was no way near a 1/4lb. 1 strip of bacon, an overcooked onion ring, and a teaspoon of bbq sauce. The sourdough bread was greasy on one side and bonedry on the other. Only part of the meal that was enjoyable was the mediocre cottage cheese and 2 Busch lights. DEFINITELY not the Jerseys I remember 9 years ago. Will never enter that building again.
