I deal with dealers on a regular basis for my business. I recently took one of my trucks to the Edson Bannister dealership for service, and they are hands down the best customer experience I've had. Easy, friendly and accomodating to my crazy schedule, I'll be buying my next truck from them, and intend on having all my service done at this dealership from now on. Highly recommend.

I can't think of a time I've brought my vehicle in for something and left happy. It either didn't get fixed or I got it back worse than before. I won't buy another ford just so I can avoid getting it serviced in Edson.

Prefect service team.I have to say the service from Leon and Maria is perfect. They provided me great, professional explainations about my vechieals. And a really smooth payment, and pick up procedures. Really appriciated about their service again.

Thank you for being awesome!  The staff are so accommodating here they make you feel like family! It’s nice to have a place that you can feel confident about the work getting done properly with the best parts and done quickly, usually before when they said it would be. After making the appointment- they send a reminder day before! I love the fact that when I dropped my truck off I was able to get dropped back off at home AND picked up when it was done.  Having the option to leave the summer tires in their compound is peace of mind. We added the service package when we bought all of our vehicles and its has been the MOST CONVENIENT way to go, everything’s covered! The service manager Ty is phenomenal, great advice and always willing to take the time to answer my questions...the whole team is! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a vehicle, we’re a Jerry Ford family!!!  Highly recommend Best team in town! Not 5stars- 6stars!

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger from Jerry's Ford. Bill Hall was outstanding.  Not only did he work with me to ensure I received the best deal, his customer service skills were impeccable.  I purchased a Toyota from Priority 2 yrs ago, not only was I ripped off, their customer service was horrendous. Jerry's was a breath of fresh air, confirming there are still some honest dealerships that are willing to work with you to get the best deal.  I am so happy and grateful I found Jerry's. I am so very impressed with the service I have received in the ONE WEEK since we bought my new to me car . We got me a 2013 Escape which needed some work still done to it. We worked out a deal for that, and then a few days later the check engine light came on . A couple more things needed repair, but Jerry Ford took care of it for us! I'm very satisfied with their service, and we'll definitely do business with them again!!!      Thank you so much Jerry Ford Sales!!

Traded in 18 F150 and the service from Lionel Sales and Shawn Finance was great. Unfortunately, the tires were only inflated to 36 and the door placard reads 48. That low of a psi could have been a hazard with the load I was towing. Second, the AC wasn’t working and I didn’t realize it until the day after I took possession. They let me know they couldn’t do anything because of the loss they took on the truck and offered a $350 detail if I come back in 30 days when the warranty kicks in. Not a great answer in my book, especially during a heat wave.  Update: I recharged the AC on my own dime and was later reimbursed by Jerry Ford.

Our Ford F150 broke down just on the highway outside of Edson on our way to Bc. It was Thursday night just before Thanksgiving weekend ,we got it towed to the Ford dealership in Edson. On Friday morning we explained what had happened. We knew they were pretty much booked up for the whole day so we were nervous that they wouldn't be able to look at our vehicle till the Tuesday after the long weekend. Jody-Anne listened to our concerns about our vehicle and was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our problem and assured us that they would look at it immediately. 2 hours later she called with good news that they had fixed the dirty air filter sensor. Jody-Anne and her team helped us in a very stressful time, fixed our vehicle and sent us on our way we highly recommend Jerry's Ford Sales and thank you again for helping us out.

The most friendly and knowledgeable service staff! Shout out to Taryn and Kyle for getting my vehicle in with an experienced mechanic and getting the issue fixed rhe same day! I didnt catch the Mechanics name but if like to say thank you to him as well! Definitely will be a repeat customer! Keep up the great work Jerry Ford Team!
