Had a great experience with the service department. Brought my jeep here for a couple of issues I had and they fixed everything-it was a simple issue that was my own fault. They got it done quickly and the customer service was top notch! Hopefully I won’t have to go back for a long time but when I do I will definitely be coming back here for my services and if I ever decide to buy a new vehicle! I can’t remember the guys name who helped me but I do remember his glorious beard! He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and understood what was going on with my Jeep….if I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

They said I needed a radio that's gonna cost 900$ but I didn't thier waz a plug undone by the break pedal that I found myself that's all it waz now everything works fine
We were looking for a car urgently. They managed to set everything up within just two days, and when we arrived there was a few mix ups regarding the insurance etc. They remained patient with us, and us them. When we saw the car it was well taken care of, but there was a small issue which they quickly fixed for us. Krissy explained our finance and policies clearly, and helped us understand everything. Where as mike sold us on the car, showing us the features and specifications. They both were extremely easy going, happy, and understanding people. We will continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you!!!
Dealer put on trigger mudflaps on my 2022 ram 2500. Mechanic said he can do them no problem. All of them are crooked and one fell off. It’s been 5 days since they put them on and they are already falling off and now I have multiple holes in my knee fender well because the extremely smart mechanics figured plastic would hold the mudflaps in. No I have to go get multiple more holes drilled in my $110,000 dollar truck. The mudflaps are also $800 which are also going to need more holes. We will see how the dealership deals with this and I might change my review. I’d like to see a full repair where everything is solid and straight and a 100% refund for the hassle. Worst dealer experience ever DONT recommended this dealer to anybody go to stony plain or hinton dodge if your looking to buy or get work done. Mechanics are mediocre.

Wendy has terrible customer service skills. When you try to talk to her she cuts you off, talks over you and louder. I agree with other reviews. She is a liar, thief and bully. Avoid her at all costs or she’ll make sure you bleed money in the store
Service department was great to deal with! I called from the highway with a DEF system problem, they told me to come right in, they had the part in stock, switched it out and I was back on the road in a little over an hour. They also have a kid play room and are dog friendly so we could all wait together. Highly recommend!
I was travelling through Edson on my Way back to British Columbia when I realized I had a small problem with my truck’s key fob. I stopped in at Edson Chrysler because it was convenient to do so as I was driving past. The service that I received what is exceptional. There were no questions, or complaints, about dealing with my “7 years of pocket lint” infused key fob. The battery was replaced and the key fob was meticulously cleaned while I waited. All of this for the very nominal cost of only the battery. My advice to anyone looking for a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep product is to very much consider dealing with Edson Chrysler. Based on the service I received they would not be disappointed.
