Was at the quick lube spoke with the guy doing changes,he was easy to talk to but it wasn't in the cards for me to get oil change ty for the help!

Not sure if all the salespersons are terrible but the one I dealt with sure was Kevin. Would highly recommend going to Fort Sask or Drayton valley over Edson if your looking to get a fair deal and treated like a customer.

Save yourself the headache and frustration and just go anywhere else. Kevin is probably the worst salesmen I have ever tried to buy something off of. I'm assuming it's from management down. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

I have been trying to purchase a vehicle for 3 weeks from Bannister and its has not been easy. The kilometres on the vehicle have changed 3 times from when I inquired on the vehicle initially. It started with 9000kms online and I was told that was incorrect and it had just over 13000kms because the manager was driving the vehicle. I still agreed to purchase the vehicle even though they were charging me more then the list price the price was 57888 plus 299 doc fee plus 400 for shipping which is highest shipping charge by far as I have been car shopping for quite sometime. Total comes to 58587 but I was being charged 58850 for some reason. I guess the 300 is worth more then their reputation. Once I put a deposit on it I received a call stating that the kms were actually over 20,000kms. I still offered to buy the vehicle for 56000 including shipping and fees which I thought was extremely fair with all things considered and they said no. I have now wasted a ton of time and I'm sure its against AMVIC rules to just add to the listed price.

What can I say about bannister GM?? They were very accommodating in scheduling my service. This particular service had to do with an airbag recall on my vehicle. They were proactive in reaching out to me to look after this issue. They were flexible in scheduling and allowing me to drop off the vehicle at my convenience. The service was completed very promptly and all of the staff had great attitudes and we’re very kind. I appreciate that from the service department and look forward to doing business again with Bannister GM.
