FANTASTIC SERVICE I had a faulty after market air conditioner on Friday afternoon while traveling to Jasper. The service department arranged a courtesy car and ordered the part asap. They said it could only be delivered tue or wed at the latest but if I pick it up Saturday in Edmonton they would do the work first thing Monday morning. I picked up the part and was up and running back to Jasper early Monday morning. The PARTS and SERVICE department were simply amazing and went out of the way to help me out. I love Honda and would always choose them again. Thanks everyone for helping me out of a tight spot and it also saved my job.

I had such an exceptional experience with Edson Honda on Aug 13 2015. Prior to stepping foot into the dealership, I dealt with a confident & friendly Internet Sales Manager. She gathered information and prepared everything in advance of me driving to Edson to meet with the dealership. Every employee was friendly, helpful and professional. From the woman tending the front desk, the sales person I dealt with and others who were around while my sales person was busy preparing costs for me, the gentleman who detailed my new vehicle and the finance director who worked the numbers to suit our family, from start to finish we had an exceptional experience. I am truly blown away with how comfortable I felt and how above and beyond this dealership went for us. We will be back to purchase a 2nd vehicle when the time is right. Thank you Edson Honda!

Tried 3 times to even speak to their service department. Either no answer or on hold for several minutes. Finally gave up and went to another dealer to have the work done. Will only be back for recall notices.

Great Staff!! Knowledgeable, friendly and upfront....Highly recommended!.. I already have passed the word on to my family and friends where to go for a great deal on a new car. Thanks Edson Honda....love my new ride!!
