State Farm insurance company was great company having Jeff Watkin as my agent was perfect. When the company switched to Desjardins Kathy bullied me saying I signed a one year agreement saying I can't get out of it when in fact it was not the case, Jeff closed my policy because I did not want to pay high monthly payments. I also had three friends with Jeff who also claimed they were bullied by Kathy.

I never actually met Jeff, even though his name is the one associated with this location. Their insurance prices are fairly high, and I'm not sure if any of it can be done online, which makes it inconvenient. The best part of this place is the secretary, who seems to do the bulk of the work.
