Huge shout out to Kristin and Patrick at TW Insurance. They are excellent to deal with and they saved me close to $200 a month in auto insurance. Thanks a million guys. Never had problems with TW and their team!

Waited 45 minutes on phone. Sure they say leave a call back but that is at their convenience not the customers. Whatever happened to customer service?

I am not a fan. I have had my home insurance with them for years and when I called to add auto insurance, they were nothing but rude. Due to having lived abroad, I haven't had auto insurance before and the woman on the phone was nothing but snippy and rude. She quoted me an insanely high price and was very firm on the fact that there was nothing I could do. I since went to other companies and got quotes thousands of dollars cheaper.. yes, thousands. I cancelled my home insurance with this company and will not be giving them any more of my business.

Horrible company!  On hold for up to 40 minutes, and never did anything to try to same me money. Even when I cancelled they robbed me for more.  Legalized thievery.

Sat on hold 48 minutes with no answer........
