I have been with the Cooperaters for over 10 years and since I moved to KW 5 years ago Jennifer Sharer and her team have been there for all my questions and insurance needs. I know they will help me, and explain everything that I need to get the best for all my insurance needs. Honesty, kindness, knowledge are what they are about. I had always known the service I'd receive from Jennifer and the Cooperators would be impeccable - but I had assumed that great service came at a premium. Boy was I wrong! After deciding to get a quote from Jennifer it was the best rate for the best coverage I could find. I kicked myself for not reaching out even sooner. Despite my VERY last minute request before my old policy renewed, Jennifer and her team were able to put something together faster than I could imagine. It was great dealing with someone personally, and not just a new agent each time you call. Thanks so much for both the friendly, efficient service and the lower rates! Strongly recommend getting in touch with Jennifer! For reference: she handles my home and auto now.

Jennifer is enthusiastic, empathetic, knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to deal with. When conducting my client review, I feel she transfers as much knowledge as possible so my family can make informed decisions on our investments and insurance. I feel reassured knowing Jennifer is taking care of things for us because she is thorough but more importantly, she cares.

I would like to rate my experience here with 6 STARTS unfortunately google will only let me use 5. I have not been able to find another broker/company that comes close to providing the level of service I receive from this establishment it's staff. I have recommended several co-workers, family members and friends and they are all very happy I did. THANK YOU JENNIFER for running such a great office to work with :-)
