They give air miles and I have not had a bad expirience thus far! I also have not had to make a claim so that is a different story but I am happy with the service!

I echo what Jay Day has to say about this company. Johnson makes changes to your plan without notification. In my case, they increased my deductible from $100 to $500. When asked about this, they mention a mass change was implemented. I verified this by looking at their notification and it specifically stated the change in deductible is ONLY for standard policies, while I was paying for a comprehensive policy. Regardless, they made this change to all policies, crooks.

They don't even deserve 1 star. I had to select a star to post this. If google reviews could please make an addition to their star rating, could you please include a big mouldy rotten tomato, because that is that this company deserves. NEVER EVER use this insurance company. My accident was on November 24th 2016, and only 2 days ago ( January 18th) did I receive the pay out for my vehicle. Not only that, during that time, I spent countless hours filling out accident benefits papers, only to find out TODAY that they have a clause in their accident benefits that states that no one is entitled to missed work reimbursement for the first 7 days after their accident. THIS IS APPALLING. Most people miss work for the first week post accident due to acute injury. This company DOES NOT take care of you. This company takes your money. That is just about it. Good grief.
