Best Buy

I went in to buy a charger for my Samsung galaxy s7 because my puppy chewed the one that came with the phone. The associated were very kind and helpful. I found out I am able to upgrade my phone now. I chose not to because I don't want to change my plan with my carrier and if I get a new phone I am hoping to pay in full. The associate was understanding and not pushy. Easy to find what I was looking for and it was cheaper than I planned on.

I bought a remote start for my girlfriends suburban and had them install it because it was required by the manufacturer. They returned the truck with no power to the drivers side. The power mirrors, window, door locks and seat controls no longer work. Thanks best buy my gf is pissed... and she cant even open her window now.

Worst customer service experience ever! I was waiting in line for the phones and had a few questions. The employee was just texting while there were customers in line. When she finally decides to acknowledge our presents, she said, "What do you want". Throughout the 2 minute conversation I had with her, she kept looking down at her phone and replying with disrespectful comments. The employee is a woman that is big and has pail skin with thick dark eye makeup. (Incase you go to best buy, try to avoid her) Never going back to Twin Falls best buy! Best buy is a great store! I've purchased many electronics. The Best buy from Logan, Utah has great customer service associates.

a regular and typical best buy, employees were respectful, every section i walked into I had someone asked me if i needed help. everyone seemed very nice, i can't really complain about this best buy.

When not being pestered by the employees, I can usually overhear incorrect information being given to a customer in an attempt to make a sale. But to be fair, I am pretty certain this is an issue with the Best Buy corporation. The employees are friendly and I believe they are just doing their jobs as they were trained. I don't blame them at all for my dislike of this store. But it is one of the only electronics stores in town. And I still prefer brick and mortar to online shopping.
