I ate here today for the first time and it was a great experience! The staff were nice, the service was good, the food was delicious and even for a lunch special it was a very generous serving while still for a lower price. The whole place was spotlessly clean, including their restroom! The decor was nice, and the music was just the right moderate volume and a good mix of Spanish language music. It's a huge restaurant with lots and lots of tables, it seems to be a popular place to eat, so it's good that it's big! The menu has a lot to choose from... If I lived closer I would go back more often to try more things! This was perfect for a lunch break driving north from SeaTac airport.

The food is okay. I need to ask for hot sauce to be able to finish my fajita salad. Yes. I was expecting something better. I went there once and they were super busy, but not anymore.

We've been coming here for years. Love the food and the service is always above and beyond. The owner and all of the employees are always so welcoming, everyone treats you as if you're family. The servers are attentive and the owner always makes it a point to come say hi to us. Anytime we have came in with a large group, they always accommodate us. I highly recommend

The customer service here is the best! Friendly and welcoming by the waiters. The food is great and their margarita choices are very yummy! They never seem to rush you to leave the place after you are done eating. We always have a good time here! Thank you Jalisco Staff!!Food: 5/5

We had a very nice dinner at this Mexican restaurant. The food was very tasty and the staff very friendly, fast and kind. This is our second time here and we enjoyed it a lot again. They have a digital menu and they are taking orders to go, and also serving food at the restaurant. Everything was very cleaned, everyone was wearing masks and keeping social distancing. I will definitely return to this place.

Just visited again, and MY OH MY!!! !!! Delicious and the portions had us and stuffed. August 2019: First time there. New to the area. Excellent food, delicious, great portions, they had authentic horchata, but the service was not great. We never saw our server once we ordered. We had to wave a couple ladies for refills and silverware, more chips... But once he brought bill at end, he kept coming back VERY FREQUENTLY to check if we were ready to cash out.

Terrible food and awful service for vegetarians. Went in with my mom and brother last Friday. All three of us are vegetarians. We asked for enchilada and chille rilleno combo making sure to ask that the rice and beans are vegetarian. After placing our order they came back 3 minutes later to inform us the rice has chicken stock and they could not make an alternate accommodation except for giving more refried beans. We spent $70 for three cans or refried beans, bean enchiladas, and a soggy chille relleno. They then proceeded to charge us an extra $2 a plate for "exrea cheddar cheese". We asked for cheese enchiladas. The servers were awful making fun of us and laughing as they brought our food out. We will NEVER be back. Vegetarian options: Horrible restaurant for vegetarians! No clear vegetarian options and provided shameful food when requested some food be make vegetarian. Horrible Horrible horrible!

We went before it got busy on Saturday evening. While we were there it filled up fast always a Good sign. Great foodFood: 5/5
