Really pleased with dealing with Creative Door for our emergency apartment garage door repair. Jake came first thing in the morning, was friendly and able to quickly remove the door and initiate getting a quote for work to replace it the next day. I appreciated that Katie got us the quote quickly, was patient while I waited for approval and prioritized to get a great crew by 9:30am the next day. Sandy/Kayden were gracious when some residents needed to exit before it would be closed for a few hours and they did a great job competing things within a couple hours. Katie was a huge help with a stressful situation, the price was fair and the guys were a pleasure to deal with.
I had Creative Door come and check out my garage door for a tune up after moving in 5yrs ago. They tensioned the springs, reset the limit so it went up higher and lubed everything. Very impressed by the gentleman who came possibly Thaugen. Very polite, clean and informative. Very reasonable price too, $120 including tax, which isn’t that bad compared to other companies. I highly recommend them for installations too, my dad had his 2 doors done and suggested them to me.
I am a simple DIY acreage owner. Turns out I have installed FIVE garage doors on my property in the last year! Most recently, a 'lean-to' project on the side of my shop became a secure enclosed equipment shelter. To top it off, it has two garage doors, which makes it exceptionally handy. This was really all thanks to a few phone call with Ashley while I was contemplating the project. She asked the right questions and provided me good options to consider .. and ultimately sold me! especially on installing TWO doors. What a great idea. Very pleased with the quality and the pricing along with personal service. Made for another great project! Thanks Creative Door!
We had our garage door installed by Creative Door and are very pleased with it. When we were selecting a door we noticed that Creative Door had the best selection of colours heights and R-Values to choose from. We have had two small issues since the door was installed and both were resolved immediately by Creative Door and under our warranty. In both occasions they responded the same day we contacted them.
Worst customer service ever! Called to request some customer service with some stuff at our hall. We are a Community League and have a shed with a garage door on our property plus half a dozen roll shutters inside that need maintenance. The single car garage door has had multiple attempted break ins and needs replacing and all the roll shutters inside the main building need to be drop tested. So I had the fire marshal out in the middle of August and after his report and recommendation, I called creative door to help me. End of August I called and left a message. No response. Called again about 2 weeks later and actually spoke to a gentleman and was told I would get a call to a schedule a time to stop in. No response. Another weeks passes, I call back. Reception puts me through to a female employee as she works in the same area as the gentleman I spoke to earlier but he was not in or busy….No answer. Leave a message. Another 1-2 weeks pass, I call, leave another message AND leave a message on the website to contact me. It’s mid October and still no response. Is there a point to call again???? I think this is horrible customer service and will not use this company and will not recommend to anyone. It wouldn’t let me select no stars or else I would have. Update. 10/25/22- in response to their comment….this is a blatant lie. There was no site visit and if someone stopped by, there was no way to access any areas I need serviced. The building is locked up and the garage door shed is fenced off and locked. There is no access unless unlocked by a board member with keys. People are not their set hours and the facility needs keys and alarm codes for access. Last time I got work quoted from you was 2021 and it was for a washroom upgrade not the issue with my door and drop shutters. Completely different quote needed. If there was an email sent, please show me the stamp date! Please do not insult me or anyone else wanting to use your services with such disrespectful lies and misleading statements.
We are so happy with our decision to use Creative Door Services to replace our garage door. Not only is the door itself beautiful, the high quality of materials and skill used to make the door is evident and the installation was quick and clean and friendly. Every step of the way, we've enjoyed doing business with Creative Door Services.
I am not sure what else to say but unless you are planning a costly renovation project then don’t count on ever hearing back from this company. I need a person to come out assess my garage door and Opener and repair it. That’s it. On a budget here-as most people probably are. All I heard was: - no one will touch your old door. We can’t get parts for it. Well send some photos sent. Ok maybe we can repair it. -minimum cost for a new door is $1000 tho if you need one. - no returned calls to book and communication was poor. It’s loud and clear that this company cannot be bothered with a small repair job/reusing what a homeowner already has. Do better creative door.
Anyone looking for parts for Wayne Dalton garage door can contact the parts department. Unfortunately they did not have a P bulb style weatherstrip with a single channel. They have the double channel / groove ones. Service was good though.
I had a safety challenge with my garage door not opening or closing electronically. It was also very inconvenient having to manually open and close it, even while it was raining for a couple days, hoping I could figure it out. Finally, I decided to call "Creative Door". What a relief it was, when I was transferred to Todd, who demonstrated empathy and understanding for my situation. He then scheduled a service call for Rich to connect with me the following day. Todd was personable, warm and moreso knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem, literally in seconds and the rest is history. My garage is now functioning at peak performance. Thanks to Creative Doors for bring back my confidence in terms of what it truly means for a company to demonstrate excellent customer service!!!
These guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. The parts department is how a successful business should be run. Thanks.
