This place is straight trash. There’s no leadership and absolutely horrible service. Here picking up DoorDash. I’m like two blocks away by the time I got here they’re giving away the order. Now been standing here for over 10 minutes waiting for them to remake the order. They said, I gotta take priority other customers. So apparently the DoorDash people are not customers. Then act like they don’t know what’s going on. So if you want to go somewhere where it’s trashy and you’re treated like garbage and they don’t care about their customers or their customers door Dashers why should we care about them?
I stopped at Jack's today 6/26 passing through town and orderd 2 curly fries and all I got was a single curly fry mixed with seasoned fries. Didn't notice until I was down the road. We dont have Jack in the Box where I live. And its a special treat to sink my teeth and lather my taste buds on Jack's famous curly fries.
Absolutely the worlds slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. And most of the time the employees are rude. Also I witnessed an employee using their bare hands to put product into fryers. Sanitation seems to not matter at this location.
Very disappointed in Jack in the box these days. Used to be one of my favorite burger spots. Poor service and something has changed in the burgers. First time I ve ever posted my opinion. I always make sure to tell the shift manager when we get good service or a good meal, it s been a while since i've had either.
Terrible service. Last week I ordered loaded fries without the bacon get home and there is bacon all over. Went back next day and ordered again, made sure no bacon losing out on my first orders money. Tonight I go and try to order and the guy tells me he cannot make it without bacon because the bacon is in the cheese sauce. Then how did I order it without bacon previously? It's like there is never a manager here and no one communicated. The only accepting is the wonder lady that helped me the other day and made sure I had no bacon on my order.
Food and service are good enough for fast food, however I found the cashier a bit rude and not enjoying her work at all. The food came out and wasn't bad. The chocolate milkshake looked like vanilla with a hint of chocolate and tasted that way according to daughter. I will go back because jack makes a decent burger and it beats the other burger place near there for food.
Absolutely great service! Went very early in the morning about 3:30AM to pick up a mobile order in the drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker I was greeted and quickly directed to pull up to the window. My order came out decently fast, and everything was hot and fresh, and my requests were all accurately completed. The gentleman working was also super kind to my dog bonus points who was riding along side me. I'm happy I chose to get breakfast here and based on the food quality and excellent service I would definitely consider it again in the future.
I rarely come to eat out and I am to the max disapointed by how I didnt get what I wanted. I ordered fully loaded tiny tacos and as i was almost home I found it was not even that. Also even after buying a large order and only got 2 napkins. Didn't even got asked for sauces, it was such a rushed experience even though there wasn't many cars behind our car.
We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and there were only three young adults working total. They were very polite and professional. We don't have any Jack in the Box where we live in Utah . I go to Jack in the Box when I can when traveling. The food was as good as I remember. I got three tacos people love them or hate them - there is no in between. The only complaint I had was that the men's room was out of soap.
Greasy and cold. Asked for 3 sausage and biscuit sandwiches got one sausage biscuit and two croissants. Nowhere in my order did I asked for croissants. Tasted like they gave me food that was sitting there all night.
