Panda Express

Store is always clean, and most of the time the staff is courteous. My biggest complaint is paying more for an entree which is fine if you can eat it but paying extra for the hard raw chunks of broccoli stem is unacceptable. That's not what the customer is paying for. This is twice now this has happened. I get more chunks of that than meat.

I ordered chicken chow me-in noodles and I got nothing but cabbage. Of course, my son is not going to eat a bunch of cabbage with no flavor. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten at a Panda Express. I spoke to the manager and let her know what had happened and she said she can’t do anything that and that this it is normal entrée with a bunch of vegetables and no noodles or chicken. This is not right something needs to get fixed. The Panda Express here in Ontario is the only one in this area. This is very sad and unfortunate. I do not recommend this place to anybody not only people are not willing to understand you, but they are all so rude. The lady was talking over me, when all I was trying to explain what my son had received and even showed her and still refuse to fix it. Pay if I wanted a box of it. Finally, she gave me a tiny little red box just to send me off. But it is all of veggies and no noodles or chicken. Very disappointing. The box was less than half filled. It was literally a spoonful of cabbage with no flavor and that is all. I spend $50 in food I expect get what I paid for. This was a very bad decision of the lady manager at the Ontario panda express. Kid-friendliness: Terrible on the kids meals. My kids hate Panda now. Workers and manager would not work with them. Instead of noodles they got a bunch of cabbage. Not very professional, and not only that but their one noodle that they received was cut in tiny little pieces!!!

I have been here twice and ordered Rangoons and both times they have not been cooked all the way. They still taste doughy.....Food: 1/5

Every time we go to this location, they are out of what we want. They are always out of tea but usually at least one of the items we order. I forgot to order spring rolls so I asked them at the window. They told me I would have to drive around the building and order at the menu board again! No one was even in line at the drive thru! The only reason we continue to go back is the food. It's delicious!

I'm really frustrated with the fact that I personally feel that the employees are rushing what they are doing and not actually paying attention to the customer....I have had my orders messed up a few times but today I went and not only did the girl not listen to what I had ordered and ended up charging me more and said that she couldn't give me my money back but could do in store credit and so not only did I not get what I order but I also got charged extra for something I didn't order and then was told i couldn't get my money back. I would really encourage the management to make sure they are talking with their employees and doing enough training that the customer is always leaving happy. What happened to the saying "the customer is always right"????

Once again top notch service and amazing food! This location consistently has the nicest staff and the freshest food it never disappoints us. Tonight we had sweetest young man named Luis who was very thoughtful and ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond dealing with us two crazy ladies who couldn't make up their minds lol. I do believe had we gone anywhere else they might have kicked us out for changing our minds so many times. I hope the management keeps Luis around because he's a great asset to an already amazing business. Thank you guys for giving this mom a break from cooking and providing great food, great staff and a great value!

The last couple of times I have been to this specific Ontario location have been a bad experience. It's hit or miss if they serve you an adequate scoop of your entree. Steamed veggies were waterlogged on another visit. Also some of the employees at this locale have a bad attitude, and hung up on my husband last time he called regarding a lack of orange chicken in his "bigger plate" purchased through the drive-thru. Will not be returning.

Staff was incredibly rude from the second we pulled up to order. The lady taking our order was constantly rushing us even with no other customers in the drive-through. It was very clear in her tone that she did not care at all that she lost our business. We pulled up to the window to talk to a manager who very clearly didn't care and just wanted to get rid of us. This used to be a staple stop every time we come to this area and we will not be back again.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. I always order the honey walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken… I became deathly ill from eating here due to my chicken not being cooked all the way. I’m talking profusely throwing up and becoming dehydrated.. will never eat again no matter how bad I want to support this business in my area. They have lost my business forever.

Great food.... Service providers may have been having a bad day. They were efficient but not very friendly. Clean and inviting place to sit and eat.Food: 5/5
