The Ranch Scottish Highland Burgers

Amazing food every time, especially if you’re a fan of real potato fries and handmade burgers!

I have stopped at both locations and I have never had a bad burger. Lots of choices and ways to customize the burgers to your taste and the fries are to die for. Even when they have been busy I have always had super customer service. Good food, good service and locally sourced products, what's not to like?

Place was packed, but we got our food rather quickly. Fries are really good, burgers actually had taste to them, unlike other local places. Still working out some kinks from being new, but it's promising they will stick around.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed. Grilled onions were supposed to come on my burger but there weren't any. Someone else in the restaurant had the same issue with their order. Also, the buns really need to be either toasted or grilled. It would add so much to the meal. The counter help was very friendly and engaging.

First of all the people were very nice and I got my food quickly, However my bun was falling apart and the hamburger was drenched in ketchup. Fries were decent. Not worth the money honestly.

I honestly didn't even want to give this 1 star that's how bad it was. People working weren't nice just dismissive. The burger was small no taste drenched in mayo. Better luck spending your money at McDonald's.

Love the food and the people here at the ranch in ontario. The food was fresh and amazing! And one of the best if not the best customer service in the area!
