Recently I had the opportunity to shop @ the J. Michaels location @ the St Laurent Mall in Ottawa & had a superb experience. The store was small but intimate & beautifully set up by designer & colour palettes. It showcased the range of designers I love in the latest colours for the season! The staff were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable & the atmosphere was warm, comfortable & fun. I really enjoyed my shopping experience & purchased several beautiful pieces from the J Michals collecton as well as Frank Lyman & Bylyse. I would definitely shop there again & tell my friends
This employer is one of the worst in Canada. Their employees who earn $13.00 an hour at their own expense and time have to prepare finger food deserts provide beverages even ice cubes so they can host customer s and have fashion shows even on a Saturday night until 11 pm so that the Billionaire owner can get wealthier. They have no pension no benefits NOTHING!! By the way I had to give it one star there is no 0 star.
No answer at head office. Online it states time open is 9:00AM. The voicemail states 8:30AM. I got to answer calling twice after 9:00AM. 9/10 of stores are closed in Canada. What is going on?
