BY FAR HONESTLY THIS IS THE BEST ARDENE STORE . The staff in this location are always available to help you they are so friendly and they are always smilling making you feel welcomed again and again .. i don’t really go to any other Ardene stores because this one is my favourite they have all kind of promotions and you can find summer/winter clothing all year long at a VERY DECENT price . Despite of how big the store is the managment in this location has done a really great job at keeping the place clean and neat at all times . This place is definitely the store you wanna shop at.

Some time ago, I was here with my mom and I was in the change room trying on a pair of jeans. My was looking at the earrings section, and saw something that looking super different, like a dream catcher or something so she held it up near her ear without actually making contact.. like it didn't even touch her frizzy hair (it was that far) and then all of a sudden I here some lady yelling " YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT". There my mom is trying to explain that she just picked it up and the lady was going on about how you shouldn't act childish and that she may have an infection in her ear and now she has to pay for those earrings. She also mentioned that it's the reason why jewelry is final sale. And then there I am trying to get the stupid pair of jeans off so I could put my own jeans and go outside. When I got out, my mom had not said a single word to her and the lady was still talking and saying that she is going to put it on the front desk and he'll be watching her. The ugly earring were $12.50 and it was under the 3/$15 section, so we were forced to pick up 2 other jewelry pieces or be ripped off with just the pair of earrings. At the cash, we got a different girl and we were trying to explain the situation when the lady barges in and says "I don't think so, you have to pay for these". Till this day I have never shoppped there again even though I USED TO love shopping there. We had enough that day and we're hungry so we decided not to have the manager come in. But truly all mymom was trying to say was that you can check the security footage that it was not against my fricken ear. This was really unfair as we were the only Indians in the store and the people around us were looking at us with disgust, including the person serving us. This kind of behaviour should not be tolerated, especially since the seed of the sort of attention was because of an employee.
