Hudson's Bay

Great deals during Bay Days and the staff are okay. Some are very nice but most are just neutral. I like going to this location when I know they will carry what I need.

Big selection. Pretty crowded. I normally buy stylish shoes or boots here.

Just went here to buy new shoes. After selecting a few I wanted to try on, I spent 20 minutes looking for someone to help my get my size. I left after deciding not to go into the stock room myyself to look for them. Don't even bother with this location.

Had a bad customer service experience. I walked in at 8:45 pm one night and saw a dress I really liked. I went to the lady at the counter to ask if I could try it on and she said "Sorry, we're closing in 15 minutes". Okay...but I have 15 minutes? It was more than enough time for me to try it on and buy it. I just dropped it on the rack next to her and walked out. I've worked in retail before and this was unacceptable.

This review is long overdue. My experience was with Bindu in the cosmetics department at the Estee Lauder counter. I was overwhelmed with appreciation at the service I received from Bindu couple weeks ago. She went the extra mile to ensure that I received my monies worth. I can say that she is very patient and understanding since i had a number requests. I didn't like this location before to shop for cosmetics because of limited variety. I can clearly say now that I will come here first to see Bindu because I know she will take care of me. Thank you Bindu, you made me feel special and set the bar high for my next customer service experience
