Tonight was our first time at J. Dominick's and I have to say we were very happy. My wife and I agree that the food was fresh and tasty. We had the seafood salad to start, Delicious! Calamari was perfect as was the rest of the dish. I had the garlic crusted steak and my wife the shrimp and risotto special. My steak was perfect, high quality meat cooked to perfection. The risotto was good and the crab stuffed shrimp made the dish. We were there or over an hour and didn't feel rushed. The staff was attentive and made sure we had all that we needed. We spoke to the owner who was gracious and charming. To finish our dinner we had "The Diamond" a light and fresh vanilla cake with lemon and coconut, not to sweet just right. We will be back and will recommend J. Dominick's to friends and family. To the owners Thank you again for taking the time to create a memorable night out.

Wonderful place for a couples meal. They support larger groups upstairs. Sat by the bar, but the area was quiet and calm. Food was delicious with large portions. Staff are prompt and friendly. Price is worth the food and service. Reservations are not required, but should definitely be made to ensure prompt seating. I had an excellent time here. Will go again!

Had been here many times before but it is now under new management, the food was okay but service had a lot to be desired. Our main courses were dropped on the floor when the server placed the tray half on and half off of a nearby table. When he took a plate from the side on the table the weight of the other dishes flipped it over. A nearby patron was hit by flying sauce and no attempt was made to help him clean his clothing. We did get replacement dinners quite quickly but one of the orders was not correct, instead of taking care of it the head waiter argued with the customer. The cappuccinos were cold and sent back to be microwaved. In the end they did remove the order the customer had complained about and the cappuccinos from the bill. Doubt we will return to the restaurant after this experience.

We had a family holiday party here. Food never disappoints, the staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home, and the house is decorated beautifully. So happy the new owners kept the food the same quality. In fact my cousin liked it so much she just booked her rehearsal dinner.. We have been coming here many years and look forward to more events and dinners here.

This place is great. Love the taste of the food and the portions are huge. We had a party of 10 and all went very smoothly. Double pours for the glass of wine. Love when they are not stingy on that. Just makes it feel like your a family member.
