Billy Bob's BBQ

Nice neighborhood BBQ place with good BBQ, but not great. I had the chili which was a bit sour, the beef brisket, and the collard greens. Loved the greens, just like down south. The brisket was good, not exceptional. Loved that they make and offer 4 different sauces. Best part of the meal was the raspberry cheesecake, fried and rolled in cinnamon sugar... yummy.

Billy Bob's BBQ is solid BBQ.... consistency seems to range between good and very good. Portions are very generous and the ingredients are quality. The cheese crust on the piggy mac is to die for actually the whole thing is and i dare anyone to eat an entire plate of nachos. My only negatives are; freshen up you specials a bit, possibly host some local brews and although the decor is perfectly fine do something with those tables. Sticky tables ...not ok!!! We visit often and will continue to do so solid little place.

This was my first time going there and when we first got there the one woman who had greeted us was very warm and welcoming brought us to our table. Now neither one of my servers were warm or welcoming just wanted to get us in and out. When I had gotten my food it was cold I waited 10 minutes until I finally had to go get someone to let them know that me food was cold. The young woman brought it back to the kitchen and now by the time everyone else was already done eating when I got my food the second time it was cold again but instead of complaining I just paid and left. I was a little disappointed.

Great place to go for excellent BBQ! The price paid is worth the amount of food you're going to get. Excellent brisket and pan blackened catfish, with several choices for sides (I usually get the baked beans and hand cut fries). Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served. Bar, front, and back room seating available. Friendly service staff. Checked it out if you get a hankerin' for some BBQ (like I did).

The food is amazing. The nachos might as well be a meal and not an appetizer. So i order the cuban and the meat was so juicy and tender. I brought half of it home. Also took home about the nachos. I will back one day.
