Great food and service here! Really enjoyed my beef ramen and absolutely loved the curry waffle fries although personally thought there could have been more fries. Went in the middle of the week when the place wasn't extremely busy and the service was fast and staff very friendly. I would highly recommend checking it out!
Just tried out a couple things off their menu, the tori nori waffle fries and dragon wings. Loved them both! The waffle fries had a generous amount of toppings, to the point where I kind of wish there were more fries actually. Wings were BOMB too. Literally. We got them "hot" I contemplated extra hot, don't do it unless you're crazy and those had just the right amount of kick where I was kind crying but still enjoyed myself. The chicken was perfectly good, had an excellent crisp to them and most importantly, the meat wasn't dry! Would definitely come back again with some friends to try out more of their menu and also their beef ramen.
Beef ramen? I've only had pork, chicken, and/or fish based broths before. I was skeptical, but I had to try it. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised. I could taste beef, but it was balanced - not overpowering. For me, the broth was ever so slightly underseasoned, but a small dash of soy sauce at the table rounded out the flavour of a broth that really hit the spot. The other toppings were a mix of standard and unusual yellow peppers? items but they worked for me. Noodles were a bit on the firmer side, with a nice chew. I also had the Tori Nori Waffle Fries Poutine which was tasty and fun! I left very full and very satisfied. I regret that I was dining solo, so I did not have the room to try other items on the menu. Ramen seems to be the new "thing" in Edmonton. Coming from Vancouver, where Japanese chains set up shop to authentically represent various regional styles, I remind myself that it isn't right to judge these Edmontonian family owned restaurants by the same benchmark. Don't come expecting traditional ramen. Rather, come to experience a different chef's take on a dish that has endless variations. I am happy that the options for ramen continue to grow in this city, and fortunately I think this new restaurant has only improved the ramen scene. I would come back.
Currently my favourite new Japanese spot in edmonton. Their service and food is incredibly great. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves Japanese skewers, sushi, japanese bar food and sake. Will definitely be going again!

The Red Dragon Roll was amazing. The smokiness of the cheese torched on top hits your nose first, then you taste the freshness of the sushi and finally you're left with a hint of sharpness from the cheese after you've finished. Amazing dish, highly recommend.
This is an awesome new place to have downtown. The ramens are all delicious, especially the unique beef broth base. It’s also hard to resist their Asian waffle fries poutine - the Japanese curry beef one is my fave! Also had the tuna tataki with their yummy yuzu miso sauce. Definitely would find something for everyone there!
Absolutely phenomenal ramen. Using ingredients I never would have thought of adding and it all works so well. Super excellent service, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Can't recommend this place enough.
I loved the food here! The wings are delicious. They need better signage though as it's difficult to find it. The sake sangria was refreshing! Highly recommend this spot.
