The 3 best things IF has going for it are: 1. The price can’t be beat. 2. There’s no shortage of good equipment to work out on. 3. The staff are very cool and chill about just about everything. The 3 worst things about this place are: 1. The women’s bathrooms are the most disgusting I have ever seen in my life. 2. It’s always crowded 3. The spinning class instructors don’t know how to make a proper workout playlist. Nobody can get pumped to Adele, sorry.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Came in for a day when I was passing through town. The drop-in price wasn’t too expensive. The staff was nice, the facilities were clean. Decent selection of free weights and machines. Lots of cardio equipment.

Terrible gym. The red head lady's the desk is a really nice girl. Helped me out a lot with memberships and such. But the company it's self is terrible. It's going down in a black hole that they will never get out of. Do not invest your money into this business. They don't put it forward into the gym they keep it for themselves it seems like. It's not very clean either. There's a lot of work that needs to be done if they are going to keep this " Business" going.

Cheap and has everything I need in a gym. Does offer classes too and the Mall location has a pool. Can be a little crowded but nothing too bad.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called to see what specials they had and I got a woman who answered that knew nothing I have no idea why she works there. I asked to speak to someone who knew what specials they had and she just repeated they had A LOT but couldn't tell me any and there was no one else there. Wow mind blown.
