Insomnia Cookies

Last year I order cookies (for delivery) about once a month to every two months (they're good!). The driver was on time, but they are obviously pressured to fulfill too many orders at once, meaning that they forget items when running out of the store for deliveries. Twice in the past, and recently this Fall they forgot my pint of ice cream. The driver realized when they were handing me my order and were very apologetic and said they'd get it to me on their next run. I was fine with that, but for other customers, the in-store staff should be checking for orders for the drivers. It seems the drivers have many orders at night to do. It would make for better service if the Insomnia Cookie team supported all parts of their business.

Parking is hard to find. If you are a pedestrian, awesome. If parking, make sure to put enough change in meter. Easy Lansing police parking ticket officers are relentless and hover nearby... Cookies are good because cookies are good! These ones are particularly sweet. I have a more organic palate. The place is clean and service area adequate, though smaller. The few times I've been here the waiting is awkward because I felt in the way of other customers.

Great Insomnia Cookies location, service was pretty quick and nobody in line when we visited. Close to campus and they are a hot commodity! Fantastic cookies, truly rivaled only by the DoubleTree hotel.

I usually LOVE to come here but tonight I was extremely disappointed. When my friend and I first got there, the only lady working was sitting outside smoking a cigarette. We stood inside for a good 3 minutes before she put out her smoke to come help us. She DID NOT wash her hands before touching the cookies and I was beyond disgusted. Then, we sat outside and she and a few others from both Insomnia and Taco Bell came out and were smoking and cussing up a storm. Every other word they said was the f bomb. My friend and I were just trying to enjoy our cookies but we ended up leaving the area because of the hostility and smoke around us while trying to eat. I will not be going back anytime soon.

Terrible customer service. I would advise against using this place to send someone a surprise cookie delivery. Send them a pizza or some other food from a place where the employees have an understanding of what time is :(
