This place was so nice, I really enjoyed the ice cream, a nice view on Grand River, I will definitely recommend it to everyone

Pretty small location and it's usually busy so expect a wait. Each time I've gone in there was only one staff member working. I think they should hire more people.

Really rich and delicious ice cream however the lines can get backed up and it can be quit  time consuming. One trip we spent over half an hour waiting for service.

Me and my sister got the same dang thing but my love it looked like a like it, and hers looked  like a gotta have it. Not only were they not proportioned correctly, after they greeted us they waited until they were done with their conversation to serve us and looked around like "who's going to help them". About six people there being paid to stand around and talk and not one of them wanted to do their job.
