Insomnia Cookies

Absolutely delicious!!! I loved every single kind I tried! I ordered a dozen cookies they come warm, soft and fresh! The chocolate chunk and smores were the best in my opinion!! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Insomnia used to be amazing. I went there a couple weeks ago and the cookies I got were hard as a rock. They tasted like they had been microwaved several times. So depressing.

My experience was not good. The chocolate chunk cookie I received was hard and not very warm, I went back and the lady gave me another cookie that was harder than the first. The reason I am willing to pay $3.00 for a cookies is because it is supposed to be moist and warm. I did not get what I paid for.

Usually good cookies, but the delivery times are ridiculous. I live less than 20 minutes from their location and last time I ordered it took 2 hours and 15 minutes, and they got half of our order wrong. When you call they don't really know how long it will take, they told me 20 tops and it ended up being another 50.

Cookies was pretty good but customer service was horrible. The guy taking my order didn't even greet me and was rushing me with my order. After ordering he didn't say thank you or anything just walk off with an attitude. Didn't feel welcomed at the store at all; will be my first and last time going.

Not too much to complain about with cookies served warm and melty. I do, however, prefer my cookies to be less sweet and have more depth of flavor but, in a pinch, they're great!

Best late night snacks around the U area. Pics on the menu can be deceiving bit in a good way. The amount of food you get for the price is great.

They have good cookies, but they're never open earlier in the afternoon, despite claiming they are.
