They had a great selection of ice cream to choose from, to the point where it is difficult to make decisions.  Employees were friendly but spoke very quietly, so they were hard to hear. It is on the spendy side but they do have quality product.

Ask for your receipt and check your receipt when you stop by here. I know the lines are normally long as it’s busy and the ice cream is good as well. However I have been here twice and on both occasions receipt did not match what I ordered. The item purchased was still delicious regardless.  Note: edit as of 1/22/23, review edited as justification of billing on receipt was provided by owner.

My family came to Haagen Dazs because we knew a lot of the ice creams were gluten free. We have an allergy. We appreciate that the flavors have a GF symbol.  When we asked for a clean scoop to prevent cross contact we were met with eyerolls and “everything gets mixed together anyway. So needless to say we took our business elsewhere. It would be nice if you could train your employees on the safe way to deal with allergies. We are used to places not being able to accommodate but the blatant rude attitude complete lack of willingness to take simple steps that could keep us safe is frustrating.

Worst shake I have ever had. Not even cold. Whole thing tasted like whip cream with a bunch of chocolate stuck to the bottom.

Great smoothies made with real fruit and juice. Super convenient spot right next to the metro area and parking lot. Lots of great ice cream flavors to try.

I just want to share.  I purchased a 6 pack of Hagen Daz ice cream bars tonight.  Vanilla almond chocolate bars.  They were so ridiculously small it's laughable.  Please keep raising prices and shrinking the size of the bars to maintain your target profit margins Hagen Daz.  I'm hoping for someday when a $2 bar is 2 small bites, or maybe you can shrink it to one bite and  raise the price?  Or maybe just a small lick of the stick?  What a joke...

Wow! They won my business as our go-to ice cream stop at the MOA, never again at coldstone. The workers were so friendly and when my daughters couldn't decide on the ice cream, they let them try a sample. So glad we decided to try their ice cream, we've never stopped here before but now will every visit to the MOA. Thanks for your friendly service!!!

Absolutely the BEST ice cream our family has ever eaten! Our sweet puppy waits so patiently until it’s her turn to lick the stick clean!

Asked about allergen procedures and they seemed fine but not great; took a chance anyhow and didn’t get sick, thankfully. However at $9 after tax a milkshake, I was very underwhelmed. It was too liquidy, essentially just chocolate milk I ordered a chocolate milkshake. I said no whip and they put whip on it. And if you’re going to blend literal chocolate chunks into a liquid drink, maybe actually have straws that are the correct size for those gigantic chunks that just clog the tiny straw you’re given and get stuck in the bottom and render half of the drink useless. I was only able to drink half of it before I would’ve had to scoop the solid chocolate up with a spoon. Nice flavors, obviously, it’s good ice cream; terrible serving and edibility.
