This is my favorite pizza in all of Minneapolis. I ask for it well done and its outstanding. The house classic is excellent. Also as a side note the bleu cheese dressing they give with the chicken tenders is definitely home made and one that I want the recipe for. Way good. Arturos fkn rules. Very good pizza. You deserve to try the best.
Pretty dang good za here. Thin crispy crust. Great flavors. Got the house cheese. Loved it. A bit greasy but sometimes I want that. I would order again.
I ordered through DoorDash. I was excited to try it as I have heard great things. I opened the pizza. It looked great and I was excited to dig in. Then the first bite and all I got was salt and lots of it. I also ordered cheese bread. The bread itself was amazing and I enjoyed the garlic butter with it. However, the side of marinara with it was incredibly salty as well leading me to believe that was the issue with the pizza as well. I wonder if someone who made the sauce that day made a mistake with the recipe?
This is some real pizza here folks. I got the House Classic and an order of cheesy bread. The pizza was flawlessly executed. At first glance I thought it was a tad undercooked, but the crust, the cheese, and that pepperoni were all perfectly cooked. This type of classic thin crust pizza is a style that’s sorely missing in this city, and with the fresh ingredients, the perfect balance and the evidence of a strong attention to detail this pie really delivered. The cheesy bread was also both different from what I normally see in this city, and very delicious. Lastly, service was very fast and very friendly.
Arturo’s is a revival of a certain kind of neighborhood pizzeria that’s fresh, well made, and extremely flavorful while being affordable and deeply unpretentious. That’s hard to find these days especially in gentrified Northeast Minneapolis and is really appreciated. Arturo’s is quickly becoming my go-to choice for a cozy Friday night pie. The pizza is zesty, herby, and hearty and the cheese bread is some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely try it.
Just finished a 12” hand-tossed personalized pie we ordered online at 6:15 and picked up at 7: fantastic! The cloves of baked garlic were delicious, the olive medley was tastefully chosen and distributed, and the house-made sausage was just right—neither too sweet nor spicy. We will be back!
This is my favorite place for pizza or a quick bite for lunch! I normally love veggie pizza, but there is something that is SO incredibly delicious with just their cheese pizza. They have a fantastic and HUGE Caesar salad for around $10 that could easily feed 4 people or give you leftovers for the week, it's topped with Murray's garlic bread for croutons. We are also big fans of their alfredo noodles and don't forget to get a side of the Murray's garlic bread with it!
Visited for the first time there opening week. The menu is a bit pricey$4-5/slice, pizza was decent, I liked the cheese that they used. Willing to try them out again after some time passes and they get more situated.
Went in on a whim after working. We pre ordered the BBQ chicken pizza with a basket of fries. All I gotta say is, amazing. Best pizza I’ve had since moving here to the Cities, crispy, not too much sauce, and the TOPPINGS, big hunks of chicken, fried shallots adding that crispy crunchy that makes you wanna munch, fresh green onions, sliced bacon cut up in pieces make you scream MORE! And that Cry Baby Craigs hot sauce, if you haven’t tried that get on it! Friendly and over the top staff, felt like one of the family coming in for a plate. Guy working behind the counter gave us our pizza, cut open the label for us and gave us plates, napkins and a pizza spatula so we could enjoy our meal. Asked us what we thought and that’s why I’m doing the review, spectacular service, food and atmosphere. Sorry for no picture, we devoured most of it and the rest to take home. Thank you staff of Arturo’s, you made a non bbq pizza eater a believer! We will be back!
was excited to check it out as a study break and got two slides ; one pepperoni one sausage. people were very friendly but the pizza was worse than a frozen Jacks pizza. regretted it two bites in. - way over salted - very little tomato sauce - low quality ingredients across the board: cheese especially stuck out as low quality. -pepperoni and sausage had no discernible flavor other than more salt -crust was more similar to a cracker -
