I went with my mom. I got a manicure and she got a pedicure. I was very satisfied with my nails. The technician knew what he was doing and was very efficient. The woman doing my moms pedicure wasn't amazing. She cut one of her toenails shorter than all the others and it looked off. She didn't scrub the feet which is nice when you're paying 50$ for the service. It's a great spot, I guess it depends who you get!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for about a year now and I love it. I always have Kim do my manicure and Yen do my pedicure and I absolutely love them both. Each time, they take care of what I want and I am always satisfied.

I was trying to find a new nail salon because I'm new in the city. I was super disappointed with the service there. I decided to book online for my service. When I arrive there, I already have a short nail with shellac and some minimalist design made from a salon in my original city. When I sit down to the second row in the middle, I was really surprise how the lady didn't even care and was looking at me telling me without a hello , she told me which color and didn't even want to have a friendly conversation. So I show her a picture of the color and the minimalist line design that i found on pinterest. She told me : '' no i don't do that on short nail here. " I told her I don't mind paying extra for design and she was arguing with me that they don't do design on short nail only on long nails. So she told me to choose a color. So I decided to choose a nail polish with the cat eye effects. She told me no I can't do that. So I decided to chose a white color for my nail ... and she told me again that she doesn't have the color ! Well, at one point I was about to lose my patience but i stay polite and I decided to choose something that she finaly told me she had. When she started to remove my old shellac and do the manicure and she cut some skin around my finger. She decided to put my nail in acetone and that burn my skin and the cut she created with her tools. I told her that hurt and everything, and she didn't even care at all. Love this place, it’s been a year since i started going there. Kim and Van are great. I would always do acrylic nails with kim And pedicure gel with Van. I have recently done shellac manicure with someone else and it broke 2 days later. I was disappointed.i am giving a 2 star because of the last experience. I will go again but book with kim and van.

My first time here was amazing! I came without an appointment which was unpractical and unexpected for them because they are very busy and their schedules are full but they took me in anyways and did my nails. I’m quite pleased with the result and will go back there. The interior is really nice and tropical, true vibes of a spa! I loved the staff and even tho my gel set was 50$ I’m satisfied. It’s been a week I have the nails and it’s holding well. Below you can see pictures of my disco nails‍

I would like to comment about this salon, Krystal spa is a wonderful place. I give this place a 10/10 . The technician that did my nails, Which is Mike! He is friendly , kind and works so well and makes you feel very comfortable. Mike did exactly what I wanted.  Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will be back on a regular basis! My gel nails are beautiful!

Very baddd Unprofessional and rude staff I went here today asked for a refill an oval shaped nail it's what I have but I asked to shorten a bit and change the color  but instead he gave me a square nails even after I said for 2 times They were just so rude on me not even ready to listen me The staff was doing what I didn't ask for n when I tried to stop he just behaves so rude, and tells me I have no knowledge about shapes or nails  and bad body language Maybe other staffs my Might be good but definitely not Henry
