Innisfil (Town of)

Every issue is getting managed upside down. Nothing works without mistakes. The plows usually start around 2-3 pm, not in the morning, like they are waiting for the cars to do some of the plow’s work and pack the snow on the streets. The traffic lights are a joke, the timing for secondary to main streets lasts longer then other way around. The management of this town is a Disaster.

I love this city, we just moved looking for a better place to live. I am a single mother and I would love to feel safer. On Monday I was at the beach with my son. You can notice in the video how scared he was. I asked politely a group of people to stop smoking kind of smoke in front of kids. In my eyes it’s not right thing to do in a public place full of kids. It’s not the first time I asked someone because there’s always someone smoking without any control.This group of people didn’t care. Instead, they started making fun of me and my “race” saying they are making something legal and I was the illegal for being brown. They threatened me with calling the police and that I will go to jail and my brown kid as well. I am making this comment because I feel the beaches and public places need more control and people need more information about what is allowed or not to do in public places.

This place is so unorganized they tell you one thing that you can do then you go there they tell you another thing it's all so unorganized

Absolutely useless.... If you're able to get a hold of them they'll show up next day. "Thought you said this" well, ya that was yesterday... Bunch of bozos

The Town do not care about kids or residents , the roads very dengerius for kids no sidewalks, the parks are very dirty with a lot of garbage

Incredibly nice staff, easier to go in then send an email for support

Anytime I have to call for information I am always pleased with the amazing customer service! So proud to call Innisfil my home town !

Nice city hall, but they charge a lot to rent out a room. Something like $60.00

Staff are not very knowledgeable or helpful.
