People are always out to complain about Service Ontario however my experience with Zuhal was lovely. Not only did the line move quickly, on a Saturday of all days the staff were helpful and kind. Appreciate you Zuhal!

I went into this location today and waited in a long enough line.nWhen I got to the counter T'Leyah was amazing, helpful, and went above and beyond. Thank you so much I appreciate your service, watching you with other customers I know you provide great customer service to all clients!

Very bad service! I went there one month ago for health card, they told me to come back after one month. I confirmed all the documents needed, but today I went there again. They didn’t accept the confirmed documents!!! Everyone has their own standards!!! I asked them to write down what they said, they refused!!! Are you public servants??? !!!

I attended the Bayfield Mall Service Ontario location for an expired health card. Despite providing the required documentation as per Service Ontario's list of approved documents, I was turned away and did not receive my temporary health card based on the operators assertion that I had in fact not provided the required and approved documents. I then went directly to the Burton Avenue location and was successful. From my perspective, the staff at the Burton Avenue location are very customer service oriented, open, and friendly, especially with the high volume of people they work with. This is notable considering that at the Bayfield Mall location, I had an appointment, and there were no other customers needing assistance in the context of a full compliment of staff.

Awesome place amazing service and very friendly been going in &outta there for years I very highly recommend
