Delt with Constable Ayad Sbeyti today as an abandon vehicle was left at the construction site I do security for and thought it may be stolen, Constable Sbeyti arrived shortly after my call, he was very professional and courteous to myself and put off a great positive attitude! It's nice to deal with officers who dont look down on security guards like some do! All officers should take note from Sbeyti on community engagement and attitude!

I called 911 just after 8:00pm Saturday, July 23 to report a serious incident in Alliston!
Two vehicles were racing, side by side on Victoria St. and at approx. 70-80kph they collided sending the trailer being pulled by one of the vehicles sideways into oncoming traffic! Other witnesses stated that they thought the vehicles were approaching 100kph.
A truck, pulling a trailer was traveling west from Church St while a small car was racing beside him in the parking lane! They truly were in excess of 70kph.
I called it in immediately! Other witnesses were asking if anyone has called police and I told them I had. About 10 minutes later the two vehicles left the scene. I waited for over 20 minutes, but, since no one was KILLED, the OPP didn't think it was serious enough to warrant even driving by.
I would just like the commissioner to know what is happening in his/her jurisdiction, if he/she doesn't already know.
This is very upsetting because a truck and trailer were sideways at over 70kph on a street busy with pedestrians, including my family. The people we pay to protect us do not care to do so......
Check your 911 recordings and you will find my call. I gave my name and cell phone number, but no one followed up.
Sad and very very frightening!!!
