Fast, cheap, and huge portions. The food off the steam table was delicious and served in less than a minute. An absolute bang for your buck. By no means fine dining, but an excellent choice for quick affordable take out.

This was local, quick food, nothing fancy but a good price for a huge portion - coworker and I could have split a meal AND still have had leftovers but we learned how large portions were the hard way- I will go again - egg rolls are HUGE

You get what you pay for. I know of other places that you can get GOOD Chinese food. The woman working the counter/buffet/cash register was friendly BUT she gave us an egg roll instead of Crab Rangoon’s when I handed her the bag containing the egg roll she took it out of the bag with her bare hand and put it back to give to someone else Did I mention my mom had also touched it and I told the worker this?!?!?!? I was quite amazed upon leaving when I noticed they’ve received awards for best takeout You won’t find us there again!

They have large portions. I get Chinese ribs and white rice there as part of a three selection meal. I am allergic to chicken so most of the other stuff I cannot eat. They give me an extra portion of ribs instead. They are very friendly and always gratefully thank me. Price for that meal $7.50! Can't say enough good about the E.L. location.

Take out, but still okay. Hubby loves their egg rolls bc they are huge!

Food was decent, served in a buffet style, very limited options. The fried chicken rice was delicious, the orange chicken wasn’t bad, and the lo mein was average. Food was very fatty, and caused me some stomach pain as I went throughout the rest of my day. I originally wanted to get almond chicken but was told they didn’t have that. Looked at the menu on the way out and saw it listed so I’m not quite sure what happened with that. Customer service left bitter feelings. The lady serving was extremely disrespectful, which made me almost leave half way through getting my food. It was kinda pricey for what I’m use to paying. It was almost $9 total for a meal which was a generous amount of food and an egg roll extra cost. The meal was a good portion size, but my main Chinese restaurant at home gives me 2x as much food for the same price and it’s individually cooked, not in a buffet style. Overall it’s an average place, wasn’t great, food was ok, customer serve needs to be improved.

Never Ate at this INg Before Was Friendly, food was Good. But i had , had a Spicy Sandwich from another place Before i Got there $6.50 Deal and Let's just Say those too Places Do Not Work we'll Together. But I will Cone Back..Good Job

This location is hard to rate. I eat there quite often and usually get great food fast. Definitely freshest between 11:45 and 1 pm! Sometimes the food is only a two star but, this seems to be at slow times of the day. If you want the freshest food, definitely go for lunch!

A coworker said that the food was gross and i recommended she try another location. So i was in the neighborhood so i decided to try this location, it was about 8:30 pm. Was told that the kitchen was closed so i couldn't get any shrimp fried rice. Ok thats fine. But the food that was available was deplorable. The meat appeared to be very dry as if it was sitting all day. If your establishment is thriving and one location is not living up to the standards of the other it probably should be shut down. The East Lansing Ingcredible is not on the same level as thier other locations. And the lady at the counter was rude and dry like the food.
