Best training gym in the lower mainland! Incredibly motivating trainers who are heavily educated and accredited. Very competitive pricing and all COVID cleaning and safety protocols in place. I've been coming here for 5 years. Highly recommend.
Great individual training areas. Safe distancing in place. Easier to workout and stay focused
Very friendly trainers, good variety of equipment and exercises. Who knew that strength training could make you sweat THAT much? The workouts are well rounded and even minor tweaks to the traditional moves are challenging and fun.
Excellent training and customer service. I’ve never had such a good experience with a gym. Facility is impeccable and staff knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.
