My favourite place Absolutely love this location! It's in a grand open space where you can see accross the room and easily find different genres. The interior decor is a wow factor, and their shelves, books and sections are so tidy and neat, I felt like shopping all morning! The selection and wide and their promotional displays will inspire your next read. The staff are also super warm, down to earth and courteous. Can't wait to return with my teen kid. They'll love the experience.

This is a huge Chapters location. They have just about everything you are looking for. They carry all the newest titles amend a wide array of books in both English and French. You will find knowledgeable staff with great recommendations. **Very LGBTQ friendly

Nice store, very similar to Barnes & Nobles. Good customer service. It was just a little excessive though the fact that the associate seemed to be following me around the store offering her help. Quite a few titles, items for the home and for gifting. No coffee shop.

Always love coming here, such a large selection of english books not found elsewhere in the province. Only negative is the customer service, i find the staff very dismissive and almost impatient with any questions you might have. I understand that staffing shortages can impact those working right now, but I've worked my whole life in customer service and would never treat a client as I've been the last few times I've been there. Highly recommend for the beautiful store and large selection of books, but if you find yourself searching for something or have any questions, good luck getting help.

I did an #adventurechallenge with my husband and went to #indigo to purchase a cookbook and ask a stranger to choose a recipe. The cashiere was a good sport when I asked her to choose a recipe for us and really made our night! Thank you for your help

The staff was very helpful. The staff I spoke to were bilingual which helped. I'm learning French but it's bad. Staff knew exactly what section my book was in and helped try to find one that wasn't there. I will definitely go back. Really good store. My only complaint minor complaint is that there are too many shelves etc, feels crowded.

Amazing selection for everyone and a great store all around. One of the few places that has a great selection in English and should be supported for promoting bilingualism in this province.

The woman at the cash was just sinply amazing. Sadly I do not remember her name. But she was working tonight ! The sweetest woman ever ! She really took the time to connect with every cuatomer that went to her cash ! Even recommended a few books similar to the one I bought ! Always love going there. Great staff, great bookstore

Great store. A lot of variety and options. Probably biggest indigo for comics manga and novels. Fairly empty and chill. I would be coming back for sure!

Great book selection, particularly the sci-fi section!
