They do provide a necessary service but are way overpriced. I paid $299.00 for a brevida pillow mask when I had found the exact same one on Amazon for $95.00 and that included an extra filter and pillow mask
Great Service. I ended up out of town without the power supply to my CPAP machine. Even though I hadn't purchased the machine from them, they were incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a replacement on short notice. I was able to simply stop by on my way through to my destination. Only a couple minutes out of my way and not charging me an arm and a leg for the part. Thanks Sherry. I appreciate the time and effort considering how the cell service dropped out and you were calling me back with updates.
We had just started out on a week long trip and realized my husbands machine was missing a seal. Stop by IRS and they fortunately had the seal available. Very helpful, and went above and beyond for us.
I wish I could say I'm impressed by the knowledge held by IRS staff. I'm not. I wish I could say I'm impressed with their skill at teaching. I'm not. I paid $2000 for services apart from the cost of the CPAP machine.
