Dubz 420 Smoke N Vape

Decided to check out the store a few weeks ago, usually shop online for juice but thought I would help support a local newer business. The staff were very nice at first, and helped me find the juice I was looking for. I have been there a few times now, I have purchased juice and glass pieces with no issue...until today. The last time I visited, there were multiple employees, and the owner was selling a starter kit to a customer. I was looking for a bottle, and was told I would be helped in a moment. The glass cabinet was wide open, containing the $20 and $15 juice selections. I looked at the bottles to see what flavours (they have wacky names usually) and nicotine strength they had. A worker shortly helped me pick one, and I completed my purchase. Today however, i was confronted outside the store by some of the staff. They accused me of stealing juice on my previous visit. Shocked, because I had made a purchase every time I had been there, I denied the allegations and was basically called a liar. They explained the camera couldn't see me exactly take anything, and that's why I'm allowed back. I needed juice so I figured I would go in and get a bottle anyways, drama aside. Then, I was asked for ID (which is strange, seeing as it was the only time they had asked to my recollection and I was in the computer system) I asked about my name being in the computer, the worker explained there were several 17 and 18 year old customers? I thought this store was 19+. There isn't any attempt to curtain the nicotine products or paraphernalia so I found that very strange. All in all, for a bottle of juice, they can help you out for less than local competition, but after spending more than $50 on glass and $75 on juice, I was discriminated for simply reading bottles and will not be returning any time soon.

Decent. It's a black market shop and the employees are always on there toes cause they know what could happen if they sell some products to a person underage. Will continue to support but y'all need to not be so clicky💯😊

Amazing store with an equally amazing staff! Huge selection of products from inexpensive, to super heady. One of the best stores I've been in, however, its the knowledge and customer service that really sets these guys apart from the countless other stores I have been in throughout my smoking and vaping journey. Highly recommend stopping by.

Beautiful store, absolute favorite to go into. Staffs always happy and knowledgable, learn something new every time I go in. Very large selection, high end pieces at affordable prices. 11\10 do your Christmas shopping here.
