Another addition to my sushi tour and review. I came in as a single guest around 8:00 pm on a Thursday, and was seated promptly and offered a beverage. There was one major red flag the minute I sat down. Not one Asian working between the kitchen or sushi bar. In my experience, that is an immediate detail for concern. 

While waiting for my food, I was reading the reviews previously. Most were quite flattering which gave me a better feeling about the place. The rolls came out about 45 minutes later after ordering with only 4 tables occupied. So a touch slow, but my waitress was eager to help me decide on my menus choices which was pleasant. 

I can't recall the name of the roll she recommended as her personal favorite and a top seller, but it was supposed to taste like bacon. I was a little caught off guard as that was very new to me. As she claimed it came out tasting like bacon, so much so, you couldn't taste anything else. If you were taking a first timer or someone young or a child, would be a perfect introduction to sushi rolls, but to my pallet it was not so. 

Clean, respectful employees, and a clean quaint restaurant, definitely geared to the millennial hipster crowd. Good food, but I wouldn't drive out of my way for it. Next time I am in White Fish I will try it again, and stick to what I know for rolls. Bacon is definitely a no go for me again.

Horrible horrible service. We have been here for over an hour waiting for our food. Even when we first walked in the door we waited 15 minutes just for someone to come and greet us at the table and get us some water. All the other tables are empty other then one other group. Tried the calimary, was good but the quantity was not worth the price. We all felt ripped off for such bad quality service and sushi. We will not be returning.

Incredible! Please visit this sushi fusion place of you visit Whitefish. Does not disappoint. Staff is so friendly and ingredients are high quality.

A great variety of rolls and saké. The atmosphere was relaxing and I enjoyed that it was not so close to the bustle of downtown. A spot to have an enjoyable experience without a doubt.

Exactly like what I imagined it to be... Delicious.  Food was amazing, service was great.  The two ladies behind the Sushi bar really know what they are doing.  Thanks Stacey for the great food and time.
