I love how classy the style is. The one where I am from is remodeled and very modern so I love this one. Service is usually a little slower than typical fast food but always worth it!

Ok Drive up service, could be more prompt, seams Like if no body is in front of me, food would be faster.

So sent daughter in to A&W in Columbia Falls to order an Large Ice Cream Cone but in a cup instead of a cone. And I was given some ice cream in a small sundae cup with barely any ice cream in it and they charged me $5.29 for what they gave me. The staff was rude so I guess for now on we will just have to drive to Dairy Queen to get better quality and service. As I will not be going back to A&W anytime soon.

Just grabbed so early fries for a long drive. Took awhile, instead of asking sauce preferences when they took the order,the woman would drop off people's food and ask then so she had to make two trips each time. Not super efficient. Fries were good and crisp

They where SWAMPED when I was here. The drive thro was packed and dining room was full with a line waiting to order. Despite this the staff kept there cool and got her done! Great food served quickly....super good root beer. Friendly busy staff! Place is clean too
