Redefined Health is a clinic offering Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture and Naturopathic Medicine in Edmonton, AB. We are passionate about empowering people to Health. Our goal is to help families live better, longer lives through healthy lifestyles. At Redefined Health, all our Chiropractic care plans include exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations in addition to Chiropractic care. Great place. Went to see Dr. Amber Spellman  and I always have a great experience every after chiropractic sessions. Highly recommended.

Had a car accident 2 years ago. Tried every other treatment known to man with no lasting relief. Saw Dr. Spellman and my life gets better every time I see her. She's amazing!

Great practice! I recently saw Pamela for acupuncture and so glad I found her. It is hard to find an acupuncturist who can do trigger point therapy. She did a combo of accpt + guasha. I found my new acupuncturist - I highly recommend her!

Dr. Spellman, at Redefined Health, has provided excellent treatment over the years to reduce pain from regular wear & tear and recover from injury.

I went here to see the natural path! She’s was so welcoming and sweet! Definitely recommend!!!
