Great place! Try to arrive early because the place is very big and you need the whole day to fully explore the place and definitely try to eat at the bistro
Very good store, good prices. Although it's not as big as Boucherville's store, I always find what I want whe going there. There is a nursing room, perfect for babies and toddlers, and the restairant offers many choices. The store is perfectly located and easy to access via the highway.
IKEA has arrived and this is a fresh new revitalization of the furnishings choice for Quebec. You have a great variety of products for your home. A multitude of presentations and agencements possible for you to explore with the exposition center. An app that needs work but aims you to have a quick and easy experience when you can directly know where to go to get your item and be on your way. Still a bit long and labyrinth-like but if you take your time it’s worth it. Plus a restaurant or snack to have a bite before or after your shopping experience. A must see to help you, with great prices by the way whether quality wise or budget wise, change your scenery for your home...
Going to IKEA is like going on a fancy tour of how you can transform the space you live in. We are going through the planning phase of a kitchen remodeling and had built the plan/layout in the online planning tool. We had a number of items that required the assistance of a kitchen specialist. We went there about an hour before closing they close at 5pm on Saturdays. It took a little bit longer than expected to get someone to come see us at a computer station after we got a ticket assigned to us. The person who assisted us was VERY knowledgeable and was able to address every single item on our list. We also got the itemized proposal we needed along with stock availability. It was a great experience which confirmed what I had heard prior: building a kitchen with IKEA is totally fine and you can expect the level of expertise you need for a successful project.
Can't go wrong with Ikea, big parking space and electric car friendly, decent show room with lots of space, and the kids love the food court.
First trip to an Ikea. For as crowded as the parking lot was, the store surprisingly was not. The way the store flowed made it a pleasant experience. Can't wait to go back!
Very busy. Only 1 cashier in whole store. Food court closed. Very sad. Hotdog stand had 1 kiosk open. I've never seen such lack of effort in a retail space. I like the products though.
It was fine. The service was good. I wanted to design a pax wardrobe but the server was really very slowly... It's definitely easier and faster at home. I'm a bit disappointed that there is always everything sold out.
The staff is very helpful and professional. The kids can enjoy few activities while parents visit the place peacefully:
Always great. Restaurant is also nice and food is affordable.
