Had a great experience with one of the managers not sure if he is the only one. I wasn’t able to get his name but he was super friendly and helped me out when I had a faulty pump. Very good and quick service!

The service could improve simply by having an appropriate online buying experience. You should be able to choose a store, see the inventory, place and order, receive confirmation that pick-up is ready. If this was possible, the in-store service would be a lot better. Go during the week days if you want service.

Disappointed that after buying a 9k aboveground pool, no one gave a crash course of what to do and what not to do.nnBeen having different problems and I had to spend countless hours trying to find the solution online or by calling multiple stores.nnIt's been a frustrating experience so far.

They helped me in English. I had some trouble with my pool and they gave me some advice :nI can recommend this store.
